WHY I BUILT THIS

I know what it’s like to look fine on the outside while spinning on the inside.
For years I lived with anxiety, and overwhelm that I couldn’t shake. I was depressed, had eating disorders, was self harming and self medicating.

At 39, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer—a 10 cm tumor around my heart. That diagnosis cracked me open. I knew if I survived, I couldn’t keep living through the same foggy lens. Even with my kids, my family, my work—all of it beautiful—I felt like a failure. Like life was moving on without me, and I was stuck on the outside looking in.

I wanted more than survival. I wanted to actually live—to feel present, authentic, and alive in the life I was fighting for.

After cancer, I promised I would never take life for granted again but guess what? I started to slip back into old patterns of scarcity and feeling like I wasn’t enough, like I didn’t belong.

What finally shifted things was when I started to understand my unconscious and my nervous system. Breathwork, somatic practices, and hypnosis gave me what nothing else had: a way to actually release the stress and reprogram the patterns that held me back.

Today, I feel calm most of the time and I feel authentically happy. I find joy and gratitude every single day. I never imagined I could feel this way.
